Greensboro in “Top 10” for Home Buyers

Greensboro has landed on a list of America’s “10 Best Cities for Home Buyers.” The only other North Carolina city on the list is Charlotte.
Criteria were based on “real estate fundamentals of supply and demand and quality of life issues that affect ongoing property values.” Factors such as affordability, crime rate and school quality were among those considered.

Movoto noted that Greensboro

“fared especially well when it came to median days on market, with homes there going a whopping 105 days before selling.”
